The mission of the Dodgeville Football Boosters Inc. is to enhance the experience of student-athletes participating in the Dodgeville High School football program by providing both educational, charitable financial and volunteer support. Our goal is to create an environment where athletes can compete at their highest level, coaches are empowered to lead effectively, and the community is engaged as enthusiastic supporters. Through fundraising, community outreach, and program advocacy, we strive to ensure that every participant has access to the resources necessary for a positive and enriching academic and athletic experience.

Article I – Name and Purpose
Section 1. Name
The name of this organization shall be Dodgeville Football Boosters Inc.
Section 2. Purpose
The Dodgeville Football Boosters Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its mission is to enhance the experience of student-athletes participating in the Dodgeville High School football program by providing both financial and volunteer support.
Article II – Membership
Section 1. Eligibility
Membership is open to all parents, guardians, alumni, and community members who support the mission of the organization.
Section 2. Voting Rights
Each board member in good standing is entitled to one vote on matters requiring a vote.
Article III – Board of Directors
Section 1. Composition
The Board of Directors shall consist of the following positions:

The Board shall meet at least quarterly. Special meetings may be called by the President or any two Board members.
Section 4. Quorum and Voting
A majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum. Decisions shall be made by majority vote of those present.

Article V – Committees
Section 1. Formation
The Board may establish committees as needed to carry out the mission, including but not limited to Fundraising, Concessions, Apparel, and Sponsorship.
Article VI – Financial Management
Section 1. Fiscal Year
The fiscal year shall be May 1 through April 30.
Section 2. Oversight
All financial decisions require Board approval. An annual financial report will be provided to members.
Section 3. Dissolution
Upon dissolution, assets shall be distributed to Dodgeville High School or another 501(c)(3) organization supporting youth athletics, as determined by the Board.
Article VII – Amendments
These Bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors at any regular or special meeting, provided notice of the proposed amendment is given at least seven days in advance.
